The streets of Liverpool will be awash with blue and red on Saturday as the Merseyside Derby comes to town.
This is known as ‘The Friendly Derby’ because families throughout Merseyside are split. But unlike Manchester, the colour of your team in Liverpool wouldn’t usually halt any wedding plans! But it’s in defence where Sam Allardyce’s team needs to be on the top of its game. The return from long-term injury of Seamus Coleman is a boost, but centre-back Michael Keane needs to recover the form which saw him win England recognition 12 months ago.
