I don’t think Alexander Nouri has an answer against such a loaded Bayern team. All he could do is hope that their players have an off day.
Eintracht Frankfurt vs VfL Wolfsburg
Both of these sides had frustrating starts to their seasons: Frankfurt were forced to settle for a draw against a resilient Freiburg side, while Wolfsburg’s lads were the unfortunate souls to face the wrath of a motivated Dortmund.
Andries Jonker and Niko Kovac will be hoping for better performances from their respective teams to get their winning forms started. I believe the new signings of both sides will be working harder for goals, but I don’t see this ending in anything but a draw. With that said, punters should look at a Draw for this game at 3.20.
Bayer Leverkusen vs Hoffenheim
Bayer Leverkusen put up a good fight despite being whipped to the ground by the mighty Bavarians. All Heiko Herrlich could do is focus on the future and try to eke out a positive result against an indomitable Hoffenheim side.
Augsburg vs Borussia Monchengladbach
Both sides dominated possession during their first match of the season, but only Monchengladbach were able to make the most out of their time with the ball. I’m not sure if Manuel Baum would be satisfied with his current attacking options, but the visitors are the easy winners on paper.

VfB Stuttgart vs Mainz 05

Fans of both sides expect better performances from their club’s new acquisitions in this upcoming duel, one which could likely end in a draw.

Borussia Dortmund vs Hertha BSC
This is the most exciting billing throughout the weekend.
Both have talented attackers and solid defences, accompanied by superb tactics by Pal Dardai and Peter Bosz. However, the Signal-Iduna-Park is an impenetrable fortress for any club. Hertha Berlin haven’t won at Dortmund’s house for quite some time, and I expect this trend to continue.
However, I think this match would be a lot closer than what bookies predict. With that said, I recommend that bettors try Hertha Berlin’s +1.25 Asian Handicap odds for 2.08.
RB Leipzig vs SC Freiburg
Leipzig, the 2016/17 Bundesliga runners-up, were shocked by a 2-0 defeat in Gelsenkirchen. Meanwhile, Freiburg managed to trade blows with Frankfurt for a 0-0 draw. Despite the Week 1 results, I expect Leipzig to win at home. Given the amount of young talent Ralph Hasenhuttl has at his disposal, it would be nothing short of scandalous to lose at the Red Bull Arena.
WEEK 2 MONDAY:
Hannover 96 vs Schalke 04
Supporters of both sides expect a wonderful match on this one. Both Andre Breitenreiter and Domenico Tedesco led their teams to impressive wins against tough opposition. Fans will be especially eager to see how Nabil Bentaleb and Yevhen Konoplyanka will perform.
