Bet Online Now as East Meets West in the NBA!

Seven interconference matchups will highlight the NBA this Thursday, and it can’t get any more exciting with the Warriors, Rockets, Raptors, and Wizards leading the charge.

The stacked Western Conference teams will remain as online betting favourites, but the East squads shouldn’t be counted out as they are eager to prove they have what it takes to upset the betting odds.

Denver Nuggets @ Charlotte Hornets (October 26, 07:00 GMT+8)

The Hornets are a pretty decent team on paper, but they can’t hope to string wins together until they start taking care of the ball. They had 52 turnovers in just THREE games, and that won’t help when they face the Nuggets who have Nikola Jokic back to his scoring ways. Go for Denver -2.00 @ 1.98.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Detroit Pistons (October 26, 07:00 GMT+8)

Although Minnesota have been clutch in their last few games, their defence – particularly Karl-Anthony Towns’ – remains an issue. That should be a problem even more against Detroit’s Reggie Jackson and Tobias Harris, who are thriving attacking the basket.

Houston Rockets @ Philadelphia 76ers (October 26, 07:00 GMT+8)

Houston aren’t really known for their defence, so this game should provide another opportunity for Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons to continue their impressive run. The Rockets, of course, are a better team offensively, but it remains to be seen if they can hit their threes after going 9-for-38 against Memphis.

If you’re punting, Philly +3.00 @ 2.00 looks like a solid choice.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Brooklyn Nets (October 26, 07:30 GMT+8)

Coach Ty Lue has a lot of experimenting to do now that the Cavs are thin at guard positions. Starting LeBron James at the point guard worked quite well against the Bulls, but they are obviously still struggling without a primary ball-handler.

Brooklyn might not have the same quality and depth as the Cavs, but they have been scorching hot offensively through their first four games and could give Cleveland problems. That being said, how about betting on the Nets +7.00 @ 1.85?

San Antonio Spurs @ Miami Heat (October 26, 08:00 GMT+8)

Still undefeated in three, the Spurs are finding ways to win without Kawhi Leonard and Tony Parker. LaMarcus Aldridge has been sensational so far while second-year guard Dejounte Murray looks like the point guard of the future for San Antonio. Miami will be a tough nut to crack at home, though Hassan Whiteside’s absence and Goran Dragic and Dion Waiters’ uncertainty are huge concerns.

With that in mind, the Spurs -4.00 @ 1.97 is the best move to make.

Indiana Pacers @ Oklahoma City Thunder (October 26, 08:00 GMT+8)

After their controversial buzzer-beating loss to Minnesota, the Thunder will be hungry to bounce back and make some noise. Hosting Indiana could be the perfect time for them to do so as Russell Westbrook, Paul George, and Carmelo Anthony can exploit the Pacers’ consistently awful defence.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Dallas Mavericks (October 26, 08:30 GMT+8)

There’s no player and team that surprised fans the most than Marc Gasol and the Grizzlies. They took down two contenders – Golden State and Houston – consecutively, and it’s unlikely they’ll be stopped by the lowly Mavs that got blown out by the Warriors recently. Choose Memphis -5.00 @ 1.95.

Utah Jazz @ Phoenix Suns (October 26, 10:00 GMT+8)

Utah are moving on to life without Gordon Hayward, and it’s safe to say they are doing just fine with Rudy Gobert and Ricky Rubio leading the way. And despite their latest loss to the Clips, they are expected to continue their fantastic start to the season when they visit the Suns, who are already showing signs of organisational dysfunction.

Toronto Raptors @ Golden State Warriors (October 26, 10:30 GMT+8)

It’s too early to assume the Warriors are back despite their 30-point rout of the Mavs. They haven’t been their usual selves all week and struggled on both ends of the floor, even in the first half against Dallas.

With the defending champs looking out of sorts, the Raptors could very well take advantage of it and get their revenge against the team they weren’t able to beat last season.

Washington Wizards @ Los Angeles Lakers (October 26, 10:30 GMT+8)

Consistency remains the issue for the Lakers entering the second week of the season. Brandon Ingram and Julius Randle haven’t lived up to expectations so far, while Lonzo Ball needs more time to adjust. Nonetheless, the unbeaten Wizards won’t wait for them to hit their stride, with John Wall already targeting to ‘torture’ Ball. Go for Washington -6.50 @ 1.95.
